个人简介:

刘谦,教授,生物医学工程学院创院院长。在华中科技大学获生物医学工程博士学位,曾在宾夕法尼亚大学和日内瓦大学交流学习。研究方向为医疗器械(光学内窥镜、影像设备)和科学仪器(动物和作物表型测量),已发表学术论文120余篇,获专利20余项。主编专著一部,教材一部。主持国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目,国家重点研发计划项目,海南省重大科技计划项目。先后获湖北省科技进步一等奖,自然科学一等奖,技术发明二等奖。入选国家级人才,第八届教育部科学技术委员会学部委员,第十一届中国生物医学工程学会常务理事。曾获海南省“优秀共产党员”,海南省“优秀教育工作者”等称号。

Qian Liu is a Professor and the Founding Dean of the School of Biomedical Engineering at Hainan University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and conducted academic visits at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Geneva. His research focuses on medical devices, particularly optical endoscopes and imaging equipment, and scientific instruments for animal and crop phenotyping. He has authored over 120 peer-reviewed journal papers and holds more than 20 patents. He has also served as the editor-in-chief of one monograph and one textbook. He has led major projects including the Major Scientific Instrument Development Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, and the Major Science and Technology Program of Hainan Province. His honors include the First Prize of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Award, and the Second Prize of the Hubei Provincial Technological Invention Award. He has been selected for a national talent program, serves as a member of the 8th Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education, and is an Executive Council Member of the 11th Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering. He has also been recognized with the titles of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Hainan Province” and “Outstanding Educator of Hainan Province,” among others.


招生需求:

* 每年招收生物医学工程、光学工程、电子信息、计算机、物理学、数学、电子科学与技术、生物学、医学等相关专业的硕士生和博士生3-5人,常年招收博士后。有医疗器械、医学影像和信息学背景的优先考虑。
