黄茹(博士),副教授,获华南师范大学生物物理学博士学位;2018.08~2021.06,在华南师范大学光学流动站做博士后;2021.07入职海南大学生物医学工程学院,加入光学免疫工程团队。

  主要研究方向: 

从事光学分子诊断技术在疾病早期诊断和监测的基础应用研究,主要研究方向有:

(1) 新型核酸扩增与光学检测平台技术的开发;

(2) 便携式核酸检测平台在癌症早期诊断与治疗监测方面的基础应用研究。

Ru Huang

Dr. Huang Ru is an Associate Professor at the College of Biomedical Engineering, Hainan University, primarily engaged in research in the field of in vitro diagnostic technologies. She has published 13 SCI papers in internationally renowned academic journals such as Advanced Science, Analytic Chemistry, and Sensors & Actuators B: Chemical. Her work has been supported by multiple grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Hainan Provincial Key Area R&D Program, etc. She serves as a Director of the Hainan Biomedical Engineering Society, a Youth Editorial Board Member for the journal Extracellular Vesicles and Circulating Nucleic Acids (EVCNA), has been invited as a Guest Associate Editor for Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology, and regularly acts as a reviewer for Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Analytical Chemistry, etc.

Research Experience

From 2011 to 2018, she earned her Ph.D. in Biophysics from South China Normal University.

From 2018 to 2021, she conducted postdoctoral research in the Optical Mobile Station at South China Normal University.

Since 2021, she joined the College of Biomedical Engineering at Hainan University, becoming a member of the Photo-immuno-engineering team.

Primary Research Directions

Her research primarily focuses on the fundamental applications of optical molecular diagnostic technologies for early disease diagnosis and monitoring, including (1) the development of novel nucleic acid amplification and optical detection platform technologies, and (2) fundamental applied research on portable nucleic acid detection platforms for early cancer diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
